Dear Reader,
At Orris Event Solutions, we believe that the most powerful events are not produced — they are composed.
Like a symphony, every element must be in harmony: the concept, the content, the space, and the technology that brings it all to life. When even one instrument is out of tune, the audience feels it — long before they can name what went wrong.
Since 2020, we have made it our mission to challenge the conventional approach to live experiences in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Most event failures, we have learned, do not happen on stage. They happen long before that — when teams work in isolation, when ideas are handed off without context, and when the story is forgotten in pursuit of spectacle.
Our answer has been to build a different kind of company: one that designs, produces, and delivers under a single creative roof.
From cinematic CGI that earned us a VIDDY Platinum, to large-scale projection shows for national celebrations, to immersive pavilions for the region's most ambitious exhibitions — we have always insisted on owning every brushstroke.

Orris Event Solutions is a Saudi-based integrated event production and creative house that designs, builds, and delivers immersive experiences across the Kingdom and beyond.
Founded in 2020, we have grown from a small studio of creative engineers into a multi-disciplinary team operating at the intersection of spatial design, content production, and live-event technology. Our work spans national celebrations, cultural pavilions, brand activations, corporate ceremonies, and broadcast-grade visual content.
Every project we accept begins with the same question: "What is the story?" From that single point, everything else follows — the architecture, the lighting, the visuals, the timing of every cue. We do not chase trends. We build moments that remain.

The flagship of our practice. Large-scale live productions where every second is choreographed, every transition is intentional, and every audience member leaves having witnessed something they cannot replicate elsewhere.
We design and operate complete show stacks — from the audio, video, and lighting backbone that powers the spectacle, to the precision-mapped projection content that wraps it, to drone choreography that turns the night sky into a canvas. Where brand meets space. We design and build immersive physical environments for brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate ceremonies — combining architecture, technology, and storytelling into spaces that visitors do not just walk through, but participate in.
From the first creative concept to the final paint coat on show day, every booth and event environment we deliver is custom-fabricated to communicate a specific brand identity. EXHIBITION PLANNING & EXECUTION
National-scale storytelling. Our exhibition studio specializes in pavilions and cultural exhibitions where visitor flow, content depth, and architectural ambition must all align — projects where the brief is not "design a booth" but "design a journey."
We have built pavilions for government bodies, cultural authorities, and Vision 2030-aligned initiatives. Every exhibition begins with a curatorial brief, evolves through 3D visualization and physical prototyping, and ends with a fully installed and operational experience — including wayfinding, content systems, and the optional digital twin that lives online after the physical show closes.

The visual engine behind everything we do. Our in-house content studio produces broadcast-grade CGI, motion graphics, 3D animation, and AI-augmented visuals — for our own events, for broadcast networks, and as standalone commissions for brands and government partners.
This studio is what won us a VIDDY Platinum for our King Abdulaziz cinematic tribute and a MUSE Silver for the ATS journey film. It is also the team that delivers the projection content for our live shows, the brand films for our exhibition partners, and the 3D channel identity for one of Saudi Arabia's leading news networks.

Listen, Question, Map the Brief
We begin with an extended discovery session — meeting the partner's stakeholders, mapping the audience, identifying the success criteria, and uncovering the deeper story behind the brief. Most projects fail because this phase was rushed. We refuse to rush it.

Phase 02 · Concept
Define the Creative Direction
Our creative team translates the brief into a directional concept — a written narrative, visual moodboards, and a one-page experience flow. This becomes the north star for every decision that follows. Nothing enters production without alignment here.

Phase 03 · Design
3D Visualize, Spec, & Plan
The concept is developed into technical drawings, 3D visualizations, content storyboards, and a detailed run-of-show. Brand partners receive photorealistic renders and a structured budget breakdown before a single material is purchased.

Phase 04 · Production
Build, Render, & Rehearse
Fabrication begins in our partner workshops, content is produced in our studio, and AVL systems are pre-configured. Every project includes a full off-site or on-site rehearsal — no live event happens for the first time on show day.

Phase 05 · Execution
Install, Operate, & Deliver
Our team is on site for install, operation, and full strike. A single show-caller leads every cue. Backup systems are in place. The partner experiences a show that runs as if it had always existed.

Phase 06 · Debrief

Within seven days of completion, we deliver a full post-event report — performance metrics, audience feedback, what worked, what we would do differently. This is the file that informs every future engagement we have together.
